R U OK? is a harm prevention charity that encourages people to stay connected and have conversations that can help others through difficult times in their lives. Our work focuses on building the motivation, confidence and skills of the help-giver – the person who can have a meaningful conversation with someone who is struggling with life.

THE ADELAIDE CROWS FOUNDATION
The Crows Foundation strives to build a stronger community for children and youth using the Power of Sport. Sports turn players into leaders and teach us to strive towards goals, handle setbacks and cherish every opportunity to grow. Through the Adelaide Crows Foundation, we harness our Club’s power and make positive change for children and youth.

BOW TIE BEARS
The Bow Tie Bears are a small group of volunteers who make and sell their hand knitted, and hand made items.
All money raised supports children and adults who live with a neuromuscular condition.

POWER COMMUNITY LIMITED
Power Community Limited uses the power of elite football to promote meaningful social change through education programs that empower communities in need. Our programs cover some of the key issues in society including; health, wellbeing and resilience, gender inequality and respectful relationships, cultural awareness and reconciliation, youth education pathways and retention, and employment transitions.
