“Not your Nan’s Aerobics” is an hour of hilarious, horny and heart pumping fun! It’s a basic, low impact, zero pressure dance aerobics class meets stand up show, set to tracks that would make your Nan look over the top of her glasses with judgement.

We will jiggle. We will giggle.

We will re-write a bunch of bullshit messaging while worshipping your smoke show of a body.

Everybody’s body is welcome- all stages, rages and abilities. The contents of your drink bottle will NOT be sniffed on entry. Make of that what you will.
