Our food is inspired by the bold flavours of Isaan, drawing on family recipes traditionally cooked over charcoal drums and in humble bamboo shacks across Thailand. At The Garden, those smoky, street-food roots meet festival indulgence.

Expect fire-kissed skewers layered with lemongrass, ginger and chilli-lime, rich coconut and yellow curry peanut satay, and juicy Angus rump finished with nam jim, crispy noodles and fresh greens. Balance it all with the crunch and zing of classic green papaya salad (som tum).
